After I made the four tiny houses from eyeshadow boxes last week I had the brilliant idea of setting up a template on the cricut (with tabs to glue together, etc), with an interior and opening doors and windows, and the whole shebang.
Here is iteration 1. The hardest thing was discovering how to weld all my shapes into a single piece (so it wasn’t a series of rectangles cut on the cricut!). The answer is that I had to overlap all of the bits before welding – who knew? thank god for google).
The video shows the results, and of course tells you what I realise I could do to improve it. Stay tuned for more iterations (by the time I perfect it I may be bored with the idea, right?)
