Aout is French for August.
This piece is left over bits / the negative space from Isolation.
It’s on a shiny black calendar that Bronwen gave me a few years ago. th calendar is from the month of August (but on the piece it’s written in French).
This is a double zine fold: i think i made it up – the page is folded in half height, so that black is both back and front of the pages, like a zine, then into eighths. Then I slit it in two places so that the whole thing sits flat.
I coloured the edges of the pages with some peach and turquoise to complement the offcut nicola made for me.
