I discovered that this was called a Box Folded Streamer today.
I made this piece around the same time as these other fairy tale pieces and these.
The paper is an old Grimm’s fairy tales I found by the side of the road over which I have printed on my B&W laser printer with some favourite words. It’s 5 cm square on each end.
It has fake “books” inserted into the pockets between the folds. I like the pale colours against the yellowing book pages.
