I have been playing with the e.e.cummings poem,now is a ship for a few days, maybe even a week.
This was some A3 210gsm card I found stashed away. Used a cricut cut version of the poem as a stencil before i stuck it down. New watercolour pens, and a spray bottle.
Was originally thinking i’d make it into a multi-layer scroll, but preferred a concertina – wanted to display the deteriorated print properly.
Made a box / folder to hold it all. Calling this sleep dream, which are the final two words in the book, because i’m runnning out of ways to say “now is a ship”.
